I stayed in five hotels on my recent trip, and this was the most expensive and my least favorite. I would never pay more than 100 Euros for this hotel. If you stay here, be warned that the rooms are not as nice as the public areas of the hotel. Window opened to busy street below which ws nice. No outlets for appliances in the bathroom.
Walls were dirty and needed to be painted. Furniture was old and very warn and dirty. I made a request for cleaning, and they never came. It was a small room with little ventalation. Someone clearly sat in this room and smoked. The toilet is in a seperate room inside the bathroom. Mine was a non smoking that was so full of smoke that it made me sick. Two starbucks and lots of restaurants nearby. Convenient location next to Gare St Lazere. I stayed in a two star in Poland that was 5 star compared to this hotel. This hotel has lots of services, but the rooms are terrible. I understand that amenities drive the hotel ratings.
